“I was recently badly let down by a large plumbing firm, whose botched attempts to mend my loo and awful customer service left me with no functioning loo for several days. I called Colin and despite his busy schedule he managed to fit me in, quickly saw that a new loo was required and installed it within a few days. The installation was very tricky but he solved all problems with ingenuity and cheerfulness and for a reasonable price. Everything is now working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.”
