So that only leaves the quality of our workmanship, and that is where our own personal guarantee comes into being.

In terms of general repairs and maintenance, we here at CW Plumbing and Heating Services guarantee our workmanship for 90 days. When it comes to new installations, our workmanship guarantee period extends to 12 months.

In order to take full benefit of these guarantees however, it is important that you should call us immediately you detect any sort of problem. In the unlikely event that you do detect a problem, we will send one of our plumbing and gas engineers round to your premises to inspect the problem, and report back to you.

It’s also very important that no one tampers with any of our work.  If they do then any guarantee could be null and void. Just for the record, please note that all of our gas engineers are fully Gas Safe registered
